We appreciate your purchase and want to make the return process as easy as possible for you. Please take note of the following information:

Important Note:

Shipping fees will only be covered if the products are defective in quality.
Items being returned or exchanged should be unworn, unused, unwashed (unless there is a fading problem), in good condition, and with their original tags and packaging.
Beauty products, for sanitary reasons, are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue.
Free gifts should be returned with the items.
Here's some additional information you may find helpful:

Shipping Fee:
The shipping fee depends on the reason for the return.

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will cover the shipping fee for the return, and you will receive a full refund. Alternatively, we can resend you a new item and you can return the defective item to us. You may also choose to keep the items and receive a partial refund.
For non-defective products, you will be responsible for the shipping fee. If you have any confusion with the size chart or encounter any other problems, please contact us immediately at services@catsstacofficial.com
Return and Refund Process:
To request a return or refund, please contact us at services@catsstacofficial.com. We will provide you with the appropriate return address.
IMPORTANT: Please do not return items to the address on the original package or the company address without contacting us first. We will not accept any returns without prior communication.

Refund Method:
We will issue refunds to the original payment method you used for the purchase.

Refund Timeline:
For PayPal, it may take approximately 1 business day for the refunds to reflect in your account.

For Card, it may take 3-15 business days to reflect in your account, depending on the bank associated with your payment method.

Please note that there is no service charge, but you will be responsible for the shipping cost of your return. We do not refund the original shipping charges unless there are quality issues.
